Step 5 We negotiate on your behalf and close the deal.

Step 6 We assist with the Mortgage Bond application process, if applicable to ensure adequate progress is made throughout the application process.

Step 7 Against mortgage bond approval our dedicated and highly experienced property attorney will assist with the transfer process.
